Floyd Hughes
Director
Floyd Hughes and his wife Christina live in Jefferson Hills, PA, where Floyd has served as pastor of CrossRoads Community Church of Jefferson Hills since 2007. He has authored and co-authored several books and co-hosts several podcasts including the Faith Responders Podcast. He is a geek, a foodie, and loves to find creative ways to share the truths of God’s Word with others.
Ken Walls
Speaker
Reverend Walls was led to Christ in 1979, and he and his wife Thelma became Free Methodist.They became church members on Easter Sunday 1980. In 1985 they were invited to lead a FM Church in Smock, PA. The church grew and moved to a new location in 1988 and is now New Life FMC. In 2000, Ken and Thelma decided to pursue Evangelism and short term missions. They returned to New Life FMC in 2012 and retired in 2019. They have since filled in as interim pastor twice, and Ken teaches Evangelism at the Conference School of Ministry.
Ken and Thelma have two children. One daughter Stacey and one son, Josh. Josh and Stacey are married as well.
Mark Berkshire
Director
Mark Berkshire and his wife Dawn, live in Fairchance. Mark serves as pastor to Meadow Run Community Church in Ohiopyle. He has co-authored 2 books and is a co-host of the podcast Faith Responders. He is passionate about the Word of God and sharing the Love of Christ with others. He enjoys watching sports and spending time with his wife and their 2 dogs.
Brad Waldrip
Worship Leader - Brad and his wife Lannie live in Canonsburg, PA. They have 2 grown children and have been active in worship ministry for 25 years.
